Job summary
PPG's Circleville, Ohio manufacturing facility is seeking a CMMS Administrator to manage CMMS upgrades, conversions, and performance reporting within the Maintenance and Reliability organization. You will configure CMMS workflows, develop dashboards, and maintain asset records, preventive maintenance, bill of materials, and spare-parts data to drive reliability improvements across the site.
Qualified candidates have 3+ years CMMS experience and knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, FMEA),
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; 2-year degree or BS preferred.
- 3+ years CMMS experience.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, FMEA).
- Experience CMMS reporting, dashboards, and data extracts.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Preventive Maintenance requirements into CMMS.
- Develop and own reporting metrics to validate maintenance effectiveness and uptime.
- Modernize asset hierarchy in CMMS.
- Participate in RCA and continuous improvement for CMMS.
- Field surveys to confirm equipment presence and condition.
- Update PM documentation to align with PID and field locations.
