Job summary

PPG's Circleville, Ohio manufacturing facility is seeking a CMMS Administrator to manage CMMS upgrades, conversions, and performance reporting within the Maintenance and Reliability organization. You will configure CMMS workflows, develop dashboards, and maintain asset records, preventive maintenance, bill of materials, and spare-parts data to drive reliability improvements across the site.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years CMMS experience and knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, FMEA),

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2-year degree or BS preferred.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, FMEA).
• Experience CMMS reporting, dashboards, and data extracts.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Preventive Maintenance requirements into CMMS.
• Develop and own reporting metrics to validate maintenance effectiveness and uptime.
• Modernize asset hierarchy in CMMS.
• Participate in RCA and continuous improvement for CMMS.
• Field surveys to confirm equipment presence and condition.
• Update PM documentation to align with PID and field locations.

Job description

As the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator , you will manage the conversion, upgrade, and performance reporting from within the onsite CMMS system. This position is located within PPG's manufacturing facility located in Circleville, Ohio, and reports through the Maintenance and Reliability organization. The Circleville, OH facility is an integral part of PPG's global paint and coatings manufacturing structure, providing technically advanced coatings to PPG's global customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the site Maintenance and Reliability teams to integrate Preventive
  Maintenance requirements into the CMMS system.
• Develop and own reporting metrics and analytics that validate maintenance effectiveness
  and equipment uptime.
• Modernize asset hierarchy with the CMMS system.
• Participate in Root cause Analysis (RCA) and use continuous improvement activities to
  increase CMMS robustness.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete field surveys to confirm equipment presence, physical condition, and asseti dentification.
• Update preventative maintenance documentation to align with PID and field locations.

Qualifications:

• High School degree or GED required; highly preferred a 2-year degree required with equivalent work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment OR a Bachelor of Science in an engineering or a manufacturing technology related discipline
• 3+ years of experience - CMMS proficiency desired
• Knowledge of Reliability Engineering (RCM, FMEA)
• Experience configuring and supporting CMMS workflows, fields, status codes, security roles, user permissions, notifications, and approval processes.
• Developing and maintaining asset records, job plans, preventive maintenance records, bill
  of materials, and spare-parts associations.
• Experience developing CMMS reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts.
