Job summary

PADNOS is seeking a results-driven CMMS administrator to own eMaint rollout, triage tickets, and hyper-care support across the site. You will manage user access, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT and vendors on patches and upgrades.

You will also lead the maintenance reporting program, publishing weekly and monthly KPI reports, supporting PM schedules, spare parts inventory, and outage planning for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, engineering, information systems) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience administering a CMMS (eMaint or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience building reports and dashboards.
• Excellent training, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as company-wide eMaint administrator with triage and hyper-care during rollout.
• Own training docs, SOPs, and user guides; manage user access and data integrity.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades, and new feature rollouts with IT and vendors.
• Publish weekly and monthly reports on downtime, PM compliance, and asset KPIs.
• Maintain PM schedules, checklists, and spare parts cycle counts.
• Manage spare parts inventory data, including min/max thresholds and audits.
