Job summary

PDI Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead the site's maintenance organization across three shifts, focusing on reliability, PM execution, CMMS adoption, and rapid response to production issues.

You will drive standard work, data-driven decisions, and a culture of accountability with supervisors and technicians, while partnering with engineering and operations to improve uptime and asset health.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant maintenance leadership experience will be considered.
Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SMRP, CMRP, or related reliability certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Maintenance execution across shifts to improve reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen response discipline.
Own site Maintenance CMMS adoption, data accuracy, and long‑term sustainment; manage work order creation, prioritization, and documentation.
Drive preventive maintenance (PM) execution and continuous improvement of PM effectiveness; identify chronic downtime drivers.
Lead maintenance supervision development, set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support talent planning.
Plan and schedule maintenance with planners; balance labor loading, backlogs, and production priorities.
Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities; support audits and documentation.
