Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a skilled CMM Programmer/Operator in Indiana to operate and program CMMs and related metrology equipment. You will analyze specifications, set up gauges and fixtures per GD&T, and create measurement programs to validate part quality.

You will produce detailed reports, interpret blueprints and manuals, and communicate results to support quality control and process improvements. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of combined CMM programmer/operator experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, algebra and physics.
• Experience as a CMM programmer/operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings or layouts to plan CMM programs.
• Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators.
• Set up and operate PC-DMIS or PolyWorks.
• Visualize and compute dimensions and tolerances for assemblies.
• Lift and position parts on plates using fixtures.
• Design jigs, fixtures and templates reflecting GD&T.
• Perform incidental tasks to complete larger tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMMs and measurement equipment.
• Analyze specifications and released GD&T.
• Create measurement programs and run validations.
• Prepare detailed measurement reports communicating results.
• Plan operation sequences from blueprints and manuals.
• Ensure dimensions meet specifications using precision tools.
