Job summary

Stellantis is hiring a CMM Programmer/Operator for our Detroit automotive manufacturing facility. You will program and operate CMMs and related measurement equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure part quality according to GD&T. You will communicate results clearly and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires robust math and measurement knowledge, experience with PC-DMIS or PolyWorks, and the ability to work shifts as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 4+ years of combined experience and training as a CMM programmer / operator.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, algebra and physics. Experience as a CMM programmer / operator in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program/operate aCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and related measurement equipment to validate part quality.
• Create and execute measurement programs to validate GD&T requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports communicating measurement results and findings.
• Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills; perform incidental tasks to complete large tasks.
