Cosma International, part of Magna, seeks a skilled CMM Operator/Technician to support QC with CMM measurements, GD&T, and PPAP. Responsibilities include data collection, calibration, and cooperation with Quality, Tool Room, and Engineering teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, automotive experience, High School Diploma, and ability to read/write English. This on-site position offers safety programs, continuous improvement, and opportunity for growth.

Qualificações

• Manufacturing/machine operation experience preferred in automotive.
• 3-5 years of experience as Operator or Technician.
• Ability to learn how to operate CMM properly.
• Technical mathematics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CMM and assist with maintenance of CMM hardware and software.
• Use PC-DMIS to execute part layouts and fixture certifications.
• Analyze results with Quality, Tool Room and Engineering teams.
• Perform dimensional layout using GD&T knowledge.
• Support manufacturing by providing accurate data from CMM.
• Participate in PPAP with Quality & Engineering.
• Calibrate measuring equipment and record data.
• Help analyze gauge R&R data.
