Job summary

Enjet Aero in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a CMM Operator for the 3rd shift to perform inspection, first piece and final checks on aerospace components. You will read engineering drawings, apply GD&T, and document results.

Experience with CMMs is a plus; Zeiss Calypso experience is preferred but training is available. Must work with minimal supervision and communicate with the Quality Manager to resolve discrepancies. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection or technical schooling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and standards.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM to inspect manufactured parts and verify conformance to drawings.
• Perform first piece, incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Report inspection results describing components or assemblies.
• Review and verify inspections and testing for compliance.
• Collaborate with QA and other functions to resolve discrepancies.
