Enjet Aero is seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to program, setup and inspect aerospace parts across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts facilities. You will verify conformance to drawings and specifications, perform first piece, in-process and final inspections, and report results to ensure only acceptable products move forward.

Formación

• 5+ years Aerospace/Manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Ability to program CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS.
• Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S Citizen or a U.S Permanent Resident.
• Travel required as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Experience with CMM or programming and/ or operation; especially with Hexagon CMM (PC-DMIS).
• Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings/Specifications/Standards and obtain part information, including understanding of GD&T.
• Practical knowledge of measures and dimensions using precision instruments to ensure part meets requirements.
• Review and verify inspection and testing of parts for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work with a team and also independently as needed.
