Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join the Craniomaxillofacial portfolio. This field‑based role partners with experienced Sales Representatives to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and drive territory growth while building a foundation for a long‑term sales career.

You will educate surgeons and staff, prepare for product evaluations, manage inventory, track activities, and collaborate on account development across OR, office, and procedural care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in outside or field sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory including customer sites and facilities.
• Exposure to medical devices or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating rooms, offices, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
