Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design with CMF specialization.
• 7 years of CMF design experience in aviation, automotive, hospitality, or guest-experience industries.
• Strong storytelling and concept articulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define material aesthetic and tactile direction across Etihad guest touchpoints.
• Lead CMF design of onboard soft and hard products and amenities.
• Support CMF design for new aircraft seats and cabin projects and architectural environments.
• Manage material development with internal partners and external suppliers.
• Create CMF guidelines for ground, aircraft, product and service, and maintain the material library.
