Trove Brands is seeking a curious, creative CMF Designer to turn emerging trends into innovative, manufacturable finishes for drinkware. You’ll partner with Brand, Design, Engineering, Product Development, Regulatory & Compliance, and Manufacturing to translate ideas into technically achievable CMF solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in CMF or related fields, a Bachelor's in Industrial Design (or equivalent), a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with samples, testing, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CMF, industrial design, product design, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related discipline.
• Portfolio required demonstrating CMF, finishes, or related work.
• Hands-on mindset with samples, prototypes, testing, and technical docs.
• Ability to translate trends into practical product opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Research CMF and manufacturing trends and translate into finish opportunities.
• Develop tangible finishes, samples, and technical concepts.
• Identify supplier technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Brand and Design to realize creative ideas as CMF solutions.
• Develop finishes for existing and new product platforms and test compatibility.
• Work with factories and suppliers to sample and refine finishes.
