• Must be EXTREMELY computer literate in Windows environment.
• Experience with CMEmanager, Cactus, and Quicken or similar software.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating medical education or health care meetings with documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all CME activities sponsored by The Cooper Health System.
• Registrar for external conferences and maintain attendance records for all activities.
• Provide office support under the Director of CME and work in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
