Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in an ITSM role is required.
3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow and CMDB familiarity (SAM preferred).
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; ITIL preferred.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Collaboration with support teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Implements the Configuration Management policy and standards.
Defines scope of CM processes, items to be controlled, and information to record.
Develops standard operating procedures and CMDB health reviews.
Handles CMDB change requests approved by CI Owners.
Monitors CMDB data model accuracy and escalates variances.
Conducts annual CI accuracy certifications and reports results.
Serves as primary liaison to CI Owners and supports incident reviews.
