Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an ITSM Specialist focused on Configuration Management to manage the CMDB and related governance. You will work from Windsor, CT, ensuring accuracy of configuration items and supporting Incident, Change, and Problem management through robust data models.

The role requires 4+ years in ITSM, ServiceNow experience, and strong collaboration with CIOwners and vendors. Excellent Excel skills and BI tooling are a plus; ITIL foundations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow preferred, CMDB/SAM awareness.
• Familiar with CMDB data model (CSDM) and CMDB health indicators.
• Experience with ITSM processes and reporting using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of the CMDB and configuration items.
• Govern CMDB data model accuracy and CI ownership.
• Coordinate with Incident/Change/Problem teams on CMDB impacts.
• Produce annual CI accuracy certifications and improve CMDB health.
