Responsibilities

• Learn and scale the existing R&D process for full industrial production in Indianapolis.
• Translate research methods into a stable, high-throughput manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with Capability Acquisition, Automation, and Digital teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Drive process optimization, documentation, validation, and repeatability.
• Identify and mitigate risks during scale-up to maintain quality and throughput.
• Serve as a liaison between R&D and production for knowledge transfer.
