Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database of loan information for pipeline management, portfolio analysis, and securitization.
• Prepare standardized data tapes, updating formats as required, and perform ad hoc queries for rating agencies, b-piece buyers, accountants, investment bankers, and legal counsel.
• Coordinate with Loan Reviewers on questions and responses to ratings agencies / b-buyers; ensure timely responses.
• Upload all loan and property documentation for securitization to external document share sites.
• Interact with investment bankers, rating agencies, accountants, and internal departments.
• Organize and maintain data and files for each securitization.
• Calculate OMSR prior to pool settlement.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Analytics to aggregate, organize and report information for new issuance CMBS transactions.
