Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in investor reporting or related field, with emphasis in loan servicing or commercial real estate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret PSAs, SSAs, ISAs, and third-party contracts to determine reporting requirements.
• Review and set up contracts in systems like Strategy and RECWEB.
• Resolve servicing fee and other calculation exceptions.
• Monitor Realized Losses, ARAs, and ASERS reporting.
• Communicate with rating agencies, trustees, and investors.
• Assist in system upgrades and testing phases.
• Provide guidance to management on risk issues.
• Support training and development of new employees.
