Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Team – Contract Administrator for CMAR programs in Baltimore, MD.

The role supports the Contract Manager and develops comprehensive contract processes, templates, logs, and procedures from award through close-out. The position requires a minimum of 15 years in contracts or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (JD preferred), and familiarity with CMAR/DB contracts and state/federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 15+ years of experience in business, law, procurement, contract or project administration, or construction management
• Familiarity with engineering construction principles and CMAR/DB contracts
• Proficient with Excel and contract management platforms

Responsibilities

• Assists with development of a timeline for contract development
• Develops and maintains monthly program reports
• Reviews charges to projects and correct variances
• Reviews project schedules and elevates contract issues for resolution
• Assists with project budget information weekly/monthly
• Maintains processes and ensures financial accountability of contract expenditures
• Assists with processing and approval of payment vouchers and close-out activities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
