Qualifications
5–10 years managing contracts within enterprise-level organizations supporting large-scale CAPEX programs.
Deep understanding of MSAs, construction agreements, and professional services contracts.
Proficiency with document/project management systems.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end lifecycle for professional services and construction contracts.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk standards.
Support executive reviews and provide real-time contract visibility.
