Mosaic Health, LLC. seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Naples outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate has at least two years of MA experience in a fast-paced setting and is proficient with EHR systems.

The role supports providers throughout patient visits and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. We offer full-time employment, with Monday–Friday schedule (7:45 am–5:00 pm), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.

This role manages complex patient care workflows, supports providers throughout the patient visit process, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. The CMA works independently on advanced assignments while operating under the direct supervision of a physician or other licensed provider.## Key Responsibilities* Manage patient rooming, intake, vital signs, and visit preparation for routine and complex patient encounters.* Support clinical documentation workflows and ensure accuracy of patient records within the electronic health record (EHR).* Anticipate provider needs and coordinate patient care activities to promote efficient clinic flow.* Perform and document point-of-care testing, specimen collection and handling, medication administration support, and other clinical duties within scope of practice.* Review patient charts, care gaps, standing orders, and visit readiness information to support high-quality patient care.* Assist with quality improvement initiatives, care gap closure efforts, and patient outreach activities.* Troubleshoot and resolve routine workflow barriers, documentation discrepancies, and patient flow concerns.* Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment.* Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider.* Serve as a resource and mentor for newer Medical Assistants by sharing best practices and workflow guidance.* Promote a positive patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service.## Minimum Qualifications* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.* Minimum of **2 years of Medical Assistant experience** required.* Experience in **Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care** strongly preferred.* Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.* Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.## Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting quality measures, preventive care initiatives, and care gap management.* Experience with patient outreach and chronic disease management workflows.* Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining high quality standards.## Why Join Us?Join a team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
