Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or five years of LTSS-related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience supervising case management staff or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations, documentation, and workflows for timely delivery of services.
