NC State University Campus Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to support outpatient care across clinics, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care to the 34,000+ student body.
You will work in a collaborative clinical environment, assisting with intake, basic procedures, and ensuring timely, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and accurate recordkeeping in the electronic health record.

The purpose of Campus Health is to provide appropriate, affordable, accessible and high quality primary health care to eligible students, and provide a comprehensive disease-prevention and health promotion program in the NC State University community.
The major function of Campus Health is that of providing outpatient care to the 34,000+ NC State students. Some level of medical care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the academic year beginning in August and ending in May. Hours of service vary during the summer and during holidays and student breaks.

Necessary Special Qualification Requirements – Some positions may require registration as a Nurse Aide by the North Carolina Board of Nursing, or certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants ( AAMA ).
