Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience caring for residents in a Senior Living environment.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Georgia CMA certification required.
• Must pass criminal history check and drug screen.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-duty caregiver staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Administer medications following the six rights and MOR documentation.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies per policy.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and staff coverage.
