Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of LTSS experience, including areas like aging, disabilities, or public health.
• Experience in case management or related human services field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises CMA program staff and ensures performance of duties.
• Maintains quality assurance for CMA programs and conducts audits and reports.
• Oversees workflow, assigns workloads, and ensures timely submission of paperwork (Medicaid appeals).
• Represents CMA and HCPF at hearings or designates a representative.
• Establishes partnerships with community providers and PASA; participates in local/state meetings.
