• Directly supervises the Case Management Agency program staff.

• Manages hiring process including candidate review, coordinating interview teams, facilitating interviews, and hiring recommendations.
• Assists in developing educational and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Encourages integrity and excellence in case management and coaches case managers to attain required skills.
