Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of LTSS experience.
• 1 year of competency in case management or related duties.
• Experience with aging and disability populations and community partners.
• Ability to learn computer skills and use MS Office suite.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations and handle high stress.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise CMA program staff and ensure high performance.
• Oversee quality assurance for CMA programs and regulatory compliance.
• Manage workflow for waiver and general fund programs, assign work, and monitor deadlines.
• Act as advocate for clients and maintain partnerships with PASA and agencies.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with policies; participate in budgets.
