St. Luke’s Ambulatory Clinics in Treasure Valley is seeking Certified Medical Assistants for the Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP).

CMAs will rotate across clinics, receive standardized onboarding, and pursue a permanent placement based on preference, location, and specialty. The role supports primary care and specialty clinics, requires high school diploma and BLS-CPR certification, and national CMA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS-CPR certification.
• National CMA certification (NCCT/NAHP/AMT/AAMA/AMCA/NHA).

Responsibilities

The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) is an exciting opportunity for CMAs to start in our hiring pool, receive standardized training to St. Luke’s and the opportunity to rotate through clinics to find a permanent position in a Treasure Valley clinic that is an ideal fit. Your Treasure Valley work location will vary based on current open positions and preference, including location, specialty, and shift.

• Gain experience and expertise through our comprehensive standardized medical assistant onboarding, preparing you to excel in the dynamic environment of our clinics

CMA Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

• Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
