Santa Rosa Medical Center Inc is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical and administrative functions under supervision. You will assist with procedures, maintain exam rooms, manage patient intake, and help ensure smooth clinic operations while delivering excellent patient service.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, teamwork, and friendly patient interaction. Providers rely on you for timely care, organized records, and efficient communication within the clinic.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of clinical medical office experience or externship completed.
• Familiar with medical terminology and infection control.
• Ability to work with tightly scheduled patient flow.

Responsabilités

• Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for visits and procedures.
• Handle patient intake, triage, and document medical information.
• Manage daily logs, scheduling, and referrals.
• Maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
• Educate patients on medications and health topics.
• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
