Qualifications

• Ability to draw blood and perform phlebotomy tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Background checks and drug screening compliance.
• Willingness to obtain hearing and fit testing certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with provider-ordered treatments under supervision.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones and filing.
• Manage supplies and maintain a clean environment.
• Document encounters and transcribe orders as directed.
