Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• National Certification CCMA from: NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT.
• Associate’s degree in Medical Care or related field preferred.
• 1 year of health care experience.
• 2+ years outpatient/ambulatory setting experience.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• EPIC or similar EMR system experience.
• Ability to work with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and update medical records.
• Record vital signs and collect specimens.
• Assist with examinations and clinical tasks under physician supervision.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Schedule appointments and verify data for accuracy.
• Provide emotional support per patient care plan.
