Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant I for the Gastroenterology department in Morristown, NJ. The 9am-5pm shift will support patient intake, vitals, and clinical data collection under physician supervision.

You will assist with visits, coordinate referrals, and help patients navigate the health care system while delivering compassionate care in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• National Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program (CCMA or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Handle patient intake, update medical records, and administer screening tools.
• Record medical information, take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist under physician supervision.
• Assist with walk-in and scheduled visits, verify and record clinical data, and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor accreditation readiness and adapt schedules as needed.
• Demonstrate CMA scope of practice and support holistic, team-based care.
