TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for on-site clinical support under Provider supervision. You will perform vitals, room preparation, charting in EPIC, patient education, and assist during procedures with compassionate care.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, teamwork with clinical staff, and adherence to HIPAA and clinic policies in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Active Medical Assistant certification.
• Experience with EPIC, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care under the direct supervision of Providers.
• Greet patients and manage check-in process with professionalism.
• Prepare, restock and sterilize examination and procedure rooms.
• Assist Providers during treatment, examinations and testing.
• Perform basic phlebotomy, vaccines, injections and specimen collection as directed.
• Educate patients on care instructions and wellness plans.
