Erickson Senior Living's Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Float to provide person-centered care and support residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and wellness programs. The ideal candidate holds both CMA and CNA I (GNA) certifications in Maryland, has CPR, and at least one year of CNA I and medication administration experience.

• Current CMA for Maryland.
• Current CNA I (GNA) certification for Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
• Support resident well-being and daily living activities.
