Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Float to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. The role requires CMA and CNA I (GNA) certifications, CPR, and at least one year of CNA I and medication administration experience.

This full-time float role involves selecting shifts in advance and coordinating with the Staffing Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification for the State of Maryland
• Current CNA I (GNA) certification for Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner
• Administer medications to residents
