Job summary

Deerfield Ridge is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team and assist residents with daily tasks while ensuring a safe, enjoyable living environment. The role involves coordinating resident care staffing and ensuring compliance with certifications and state regulations.

Qualifications

• CMA certification is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience or training in a similar senior care setting preferred.
• General understanding of and concern for the needs of seniors.
• Ability to work in an environment focused on resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduling for resident care staff.
• Orient, monitor progress and reinforce training with Director of Clinical Services.
• Complete Navion Senior Solutions and state required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in implementing state regulations as required.
• On-duty coverage, present the community, participate in staff meetings, plan and implement events.
• Audit Medication Administration Reports (MAR) and notify pharmacy of changes.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Complete resident assessments as outlined by Navion Senior Solutions and licensure guidelines in a timely manner.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
