Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a caring CNA/PCA/RCA at Deerfield Ridge to provide hands-on daily living support and build meaningful relationships with residents.

This part-time position offers opportunities across all shifts with every other weekend and holiday commitments. Navion will provide the 80-hour PCA training to the right candidate and support a team-focused environment dedicated to compassionate senior care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
• Willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate (Navion can provide this training).
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care).
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe, document and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator or designee.
• Communicate with residents and family in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents when required.
