A Typical Day for a Certified Medication Manager:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment
• Conduct routine health monitoring
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Compensation:

• Starting wage is $18.76 per hour. The starting pay rate will be based on experience.

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
• Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
• Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
