Responsibilities

As a Medication Aide, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality care through medication administration, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment, and providing education. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are vital for residents' comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered Iowa C.N.A. certificate
• Successful completion of Iowa-approved Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification
• One year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
