Join to apply for the Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Weekend Package role at On With Life

We are currently seeking a full-time weekend package Certified Medication Aide. This position requires a Certified Medication Aide Certification prior to hire. The role involves working every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 6am-10pm, totaling 32 hours per week, along with a holiday rotation (with holiday pay). It qualifies for additional Weekend Package differential pay.

Important: Our orientation process (up to 1 month) may require working days or shifts outside of your permanent schedule.

Starting pay is $18/hour for no experience, up to $26/hour for experienced staff. We offer a 9% differential for hours worked between 2pm-10pm, and 11% for hours between 10pm-6am. Annual raises and discretionary bonuses are available.

We provide a Hiring Bonus, paid over 18 months: $3,000 for less than 24 hours/week, $4,000 for 24-36 hours/week, and $5,000 for 36+ hours/week. Benefits include 401k match, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, and support for CNA course and exam costs within the first year.

• Prepare and administer medications according to policies
