Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Librarian/Configuration and Data Management professional to support C-17 Training Systems. You will ensure accurate documentation, manage CDRLs, and maintain data baselines across hardware and software, while enforcing cybersecurity controls and secure cloud practices.

The role requires a U.S. citizen, a relevant degree, and 5+ years in IT, with IAT Level III within six months. Occasional travel to defense sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT or related field with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in IT or configuration/data management environments.
• Ability to obtain IAT Level III within six months.
• U.S. citizenship required due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and data management processes for technical documentation.
• Maintain integrity of released program documentation and databases.
• Oversee CDRLs, contractor records, and baselines for courseware and hardware.
• Design and secure cloud environments in line with NIST, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Administer systems on secure networks and enforce cybersecurity requirements.
• Configure IAM, MFA, RBAC, and monitoring across cloud/on-prem systems.
• Implement security controls and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Coordinate backups, disaster recovery planning, and incident response.
