Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support C17 Training System data management. You will manage the total program data package, ensure documentation integrity, and maintain CAE-generated materials, vendor data, and Air Force publications.

The role involves coordinating with engineering, IT, logistics and courseware teams. Responsibilities include assisting in compiling, delivering and maintaining CDRLs, contractor records and baseline documentation for courseware,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information management, engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of configuration management, data management or document control experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cross-functional documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
• Structured work style with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage C17 TS program data package and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain released documents, vendor data, and Air Force publications.
• Support compilation, delivery, and maintenance of CDRLs and baseline docs.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, logistics and courseware teams for updates.
