Job summary
Leonardo Royal Paris La Défense is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to develop and implement revenue strategies for three French hotels in Paris and Évian-les Bains. You will drive RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy improvements and lead forecasting across the cluster.
Ideal candidates have hotel management or tourism education, strong French market knowledge, and fluency in French and English, with solid analytical skills and a responsible, proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in hotel management or tourism.
- Experience in yield & revenue management within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the French market.
- Fluent in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies for three French hotels in Paris and Évian-les Bains.
- Drive improvements in RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy.
- Evaluate business mix and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead forecasting processes for all hotels within the cluster.
- Monitor booking pace, pickup trends, cancellations, and market demands.
