A leading company in the hospitality industry is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to execute catering sales strategies and coordinate events. The role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring event specifications are met. Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the catering sales strategy within the hotel.
* Plan, coordinate and service all catering events on-property.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups.
* Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders. Respond to client and guest questions.
* Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, décor, audio visual, and staffing.
* Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue.
* Other reasonable duties as assigned.
* Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or sales preferred.
