Job summary

The Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis seeks a Club House Server to deliver exceptional Food and Beverage service to members and guests.

You will collaborate with the Culinary Team to expand beverage opportunities and maintain thorough menu knowledge while upholding club standards in a fast-paced dining room. You will answer questions, take accurate orders with Jonas POS, coordinate with the service team, assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces, and ensure allergens are handled

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional dining experience with menu knowledge and guest questions.
Demonstrate hospitality in dining room and club areas.
Provide immediate and continuous service to members/guests.
Collect accurate member numbers or payments for billing.
Place accurate kitchen orders using Jonas POS.
Navigate Jonas POS for opening/closing duties and chit accuracy.
Stock and maintain dining and storage areas.
Set up/break down dining spaces and maintain cleanliness.
Learn members and dietary needs; respect allergies.
Complete daily opening/closing side work and check out with team.
Alert managers to complaints or service issues.
Attend mandatory trainings; stay on floor to assist others.
Engage in food/wine discussions and know events.
Adhere to uniform standards and club policies.
