Job summary

Bellerive Country Club is seeking a Clubhouse Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations. The role involves setting and resetting dining spaces before, during, and after service, assisting servers and bartenders, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout each shift.

The assistant will help keep service stations stocked, serve water, distribute bread, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas while coordinating with the Host(ess) to ensure steady workflow and efficient

Qualifications

• Must be able to comply with county health regulations regarding Hepatitis A vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Set all tables prior to the start of service.
• Stock and maintain service stations.
• Set waters per reservation times and serve water to seated tables.
• Prepare and distribute bread baskets to tables.
• Clear dirty dishes from tables.
• Refill non-alcoholic drinks at tables as needed.
• Remove dirty trays to the kitchen and break down promptly.
• Reset tables quickly and neatly after guest departure.
• Wipe tables with sanitized water and clean spills promptly.
• Move tables and chairs to accommodate Members and guests.
• Assist with banquet and buffet setup as requested.
