Job summary

Bellerive Country Club in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Clubhouse Hospitality Attendant to warmly welcome Members, guests, and visitors and provide attentive, professional service during dining and events.

You will manage guest flow, assist with accessibility needs, handle coat checks, and support event setup and takedown while coordinating with Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all attendees.

Qualifications

• Ability to balance multiple projects with strong time management.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality and discretion.
• Fluent English communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome Members, guests, and visitors.
• Manage flow of Members and guests entering and exiting.
• Assist Members and guests with accessibility needs.
• Handle hats, umbrellas, bags, coats, and jackets; issue claim checks and store belongings.
• Fulfill Member and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Thank Members and guests upon departure.
• Answer questions about Bellerive and provide schedules of events.
• Monitor behavior and escalate safety concerns to management.
• Communicate feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Team Members and other departments to maintain high-quality service.
• Assist with event setup and takedown per BEO; prep rooms for use.
• Register Members and guests for events when required; ensure smooth check-in.
• Deliver food and beverage service during events; take orders and clear dishes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized across banquet, A la Carte, and kitchen spaces.
• Anticipate needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
• Support childcare-related operations when assigned per policy.
• Assist with special Member requests and celebrations.
• Report maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of Member information.
