Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada in North Las Vegas is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to oversee core youth development programs at a designated Clubhouse, including Education & Career Development, Sports, Arts, and Health & Life Skills. You will plan, develop, supervise program staff, and perform related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education, child development or related field; two years BGCSNV or similar experience preferred.
• Clear ability to plan and supervise youth activities and staff; strong safety and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of core programs (Education & Career Development, Sports, The Arts, Health & Life Skills).
• Plan, develop and supervise programs and program staff within Clubhouse.
• Ensure safety and health standards for members, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate staff schedules; manage program budgets and records in BGCSNV systems.
• Recruit, supervise and provide feedback to staff and volunteers; promote positive youth development.
