HERO House NW is seeking a Program Director to lead HERO House Seattle in alignment with Clubhouse International Standards. The role requires overseeing daily operations, developing procedures, and fostering a recovery-oriented clubhouse culture with strong community partnerships.

The Director will collaborate with the CEO, CPO, and stakeholders to identify improvements, guide strategy, and ensure compliant operations while promoting member participation and hope.

Qualifications

• The role leads overall Clubhouse operations and adheres to Clubhouse International Standards.
• Requires guiding staff and members to deliver Work-Ordered Day services.
• Needs collaboration with leadership and community partners to strengthen program quality.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, supervise, evaluate and develop Program Generalists per HERO House NW policies.
• Provide coaching and professional development to staff and ensure meaningful member engagement across services.
