Job summary

Clubatsnoqualmieridge is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Manager to oversee cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the clubhouse and facilities. You will work with the General Manager, department heads, and vendors to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance.

The role focuses on daily inspections, timely repairs, safety compliance, and delivering a high-standard member experience across indoor and outdoor areas. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, building operations, hotel, country club, resort, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong general knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, HVAC, and general mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine when outside professional assistance is required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move equipment and materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Clubhouse Maintenance & Appearance - conduct inspections, address issues, keep areas clean and organized, maintain open items list, respond to concerns, assist with storage and seasonal items.
• Preventative Maintenance - develop maintenance schedule, inspect plumbing/electrical/fixtures, identify potential problems, keep records, communicate capital needs.
• Repairs & Work Orders - complete routine repairs, coordinate with outside contractors, obtain estimates, follow up on work, maintain documentation.
• Member Experience - maintain service-oriented presence, respond courteously to concerns, inform management of issues affecting members.
• Safety & Compliance - maintain safe environment, identify hazards, ensure safety practices and inspections.
• Seasonal & Club Operations - assist with opening/closing, seasonal prep of patios/pool/outdoor areas, support events, collaborate with other departments.
